Professional indemnity insurance is maintained in accordance with the rules of the SRA. Details of the insurers and the territorial coverage of the policy are available for inspection at our offices. Our VAT Registration Number is 712349159. Our complaints procedure may be downloaded here. Telephone calls to Land Law LLP may be recorded and saved for training and monitoring purposes. Please be aware that we do not notify changes to important business information, such as bank account details, by email, as a result of the increased risk posed by cyber fraud. Land Law LLP’s bank account details will NOT change during the course of a transaction. Always speak to the solicitor dealing with your transaction to check our bank details before transferring any money to us or if you receive communications suggesting that our bank account details have changed. Land Law will not accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect bank account.


The Solicitors Regulations Authority require solicitor’s firms to carry out an annual diversity survey for their firm and to publish the data for both staff and externally. Completion of the survey by people within the firm is not compulsory. We are not required to publish information relating to religion or belief, sexual orientation, or transgender. The Solicitors Regulation Authority require us to publish the data in a way that does not identify individuals. We carried out our equality and diversity survey in June/July 2017. The results of our survey are available to view as a PDF.
