Chloe joined the firm in October 2024 as a paralegal in the firm’s Altrincham office. She completed her law degree in June 2023, has passed SQE 1 and is currently studying for SQE 2 while completing her training contract with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor.

Chloe assists the commercial property team by dealing with post-completion matters, including preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications and helping the firm’s clients in relation to their commercial property transactions. She also provides support to the firm’s property litigation team.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys visiting local markets, reading and music.
