Fay Wilshaw

Fay is a transactional real estate lawyer who deals with all aspects of commercial property.

Fay’s experience includes dealing with the following:

• Landlord and tenant work (from an both investor and occupier side);

• Conditional leasehold acquisitions;

• Acquisitions and sales of commercial property; and

• Process improvement and legal technology initiatives.

Fay took an unconventional career path working in law firms as a school leaver and studying part time to qualify as legal executive and subsequently as a solicitor. Fay qualified in 2009 with Addleshaw Goddard LLP and has spent a large part of her career working for national and international law firms including Eversheds LLP, Addleshaw Goddard and most recently Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. Fay also spent time as an in-house lawyer with a large pet retailer.

In her spare time Fay enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out and exploring new walks with her husband and dog.
