George Potter

George is a trainee solicitor in Land Law’s property transaction team who joined in November 2021.

George completed the LPC earlier this year at BPP University, achieving a distinction. Last year George completed the GDL, graduating with a distinction. Prior to commencing a career in law, George graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2:1 in History and French. As part of his undergraduate degree, George also spent a year on an exchange at the Sorbonne studying a range of topics related to French literature.

As a member of the transactional team, George is involved in completing Land Registry applications, completing SDLT returns, carrying out title investigations, map searches, reviewing documentation and creating client portals.

In his spare time George enjoys reading, travelling, visiting historical and cultural sites and watching sport (mostly football and F1).
