Helen Davidson

Helen is a transactional commercial property solicitor acting for clients on all aspects of commercial property work.

Helen is a ranked practitioner by Chambers and Partners Guide 2020. They note that Helen “has a varied real estate practice, with particular experience in lease negotiations, as well as sale and leaseback transactions. She is noted for her strong knowledge of the aviation sector.” Previous commentary by the publication has highlighted that clients consider her to be “very astute, very clear with her advice, very proactive and thorough.”

Helen is also ranked in the Legal 500 2020 guide as a Leading Individual who comment on the fact that Helen has a “wealth of experience”.

She advises a wide range of businesses, including developers and clients in the transport sector.

Acquisitions, lettings and disposals of commercial properties;
Infrastructure projects;
Property management work (including retail);
Airport and general transport related commercial property work;
Large volume auction sales.

Helen acts for a wide range of clients which include developers, investors, transport related businesses, business owners and private individuals.

Recently Helen has been working on the development and letting of a regional shopping centre, is acting for landowners in connection with drainage and energy related infrastructure projects and has advised on the property related aspects of the disposal and acquisition of businesses.

Helen joined Land Law in 2006. Prior to this she was a Senior Associate at Pinsent Masons, solicitors in Manchester having trained at Cobbetts. She is a member of Women in Property.

Outside of work Helen enjoys running, cycling and watersports.
