Holly is a transaction real estate lawyer based in our Altrincham office. Holly has spent the majority of her career working in national law firms in Manchester and as a result has gained experience in a wide range of aspects of commercial property, which includes:
- Acting for a northwest investor on high value acquisitions and disposals of multi-let office buildings and business parks and leading on their ongoing asset management
- Acting on the disposal of an industrial estate in the northwest, which was conditional on seller’s additional land acquisitions and seller’s works
- Dealing with conditional contracts and contracts with works provisions
- Acting for corporate occupiers
- All aspects of asset management.
Holly has been described by a client on a recent transaction as having “a professional calm head, in the middle of a tricky situation”
Outside of work, Holly has a keen interest in CrossFit, often spending the weekend mornings in the gym accompanied by her son. Outside of the gym, Holly enjoys spending time with her family at her mobile home in the Lake District.
