Paul Burney

Paul has practised for over 20 years in the field of commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in private and public sector portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, development and real estate finance, although Paul’s principal focus lies with investment acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold). His clients have included central government departments, leading retail and manufacturing companies, investment houses and pension funds.

Paul’s work covers many sectors of the real estate market, including corporate occupiers, industrial, logistics, retail and energy.

Paul joined Land Law LLP in 2023 and prior to this he was a Legal Director at DLA Piper UK LLP.

Outside of work Paul enjoys travel, beekeeping and DIY.
