Tim Richards

Tim has substantial experience in advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and property management transactions with particular emphases on institutional investment work. Tim’s main focus is on the industrial, office and retail sectors.

His areas of expertise include:

Investment acquisitions and disposals of commercial property in the industrial, office and retail sectors;
Landlord and Tenant work
Property management work including managing large property portfolios;
Development work and site assembly.

Tim qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and prior to joining Land Law was a Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard LLP.

Away from the office Tim enjoys most sports and coaches in the mini and junior sections of his local rugby club.
