Wendy is a transactional solicitor based in our Ilkley Office who has over 32 years’ experience in commercial real estate, obtained from working in both national and regional law firms.

Her experience includes acting for Major PLC’s; high net worth individuals and businesses in the retail and leisure sector; investment purchase; secured lending and has assisted her landowner clients in agricultural matters and individuals in the purchase of residential properties for either investment purposes or personal occupation.
