Heather Leese

Heather is a transactional real estate solicitor. She deals with a with a wide range of property matters with a particular enthusiasm for landlord and tenant work.

Heather has previously worked at both Eversheds LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland) and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP each for a number of years and has acted for a wide range of clients across a number of different sectors.

Her experience includes:

• Leading a team managing the portfolio of one of the UK’s largest supermarkets as landlord

• Supervising a lease renewal project of over 700 leases acting for a large bank as tenant

• Dealing with acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate acting for both buyer and seller

• Acting on volume LPA receiver auction sales

• Innovating legal services to drive efficiencies for the provision of straightforward, high quality legal advice and first-rate client service.

• Training and supervising emerging talent

Outside of the office Heather enjoys walking with her dogs, tennis, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
