We are excited to announce the acquisition of premises in Ilkley, where our new Yorkshire office will be based. The office will be headed up by partner and property litigation expert Ruth Ormrod.

We would like to thank Claire Murphy Legal for assistance with the acquisition, along with RBS Architects and Avison Young for their work in obtaining planning permission for change of use and alterations to the premises.

As can be seen, the premises are currently undergoing refurbishment by George Passey Chartered Surveyors Limited.
